WHAT YOU SHOULD ENJOY:

- Contact person for our customers and our own service technicians worldwide via phone and e-mail for technical problems and questions
- Independent fault analysis and diagnosis as well as technical guidance and recommendations for action
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments of VEMAG Maschinenbau GmbH
- Active participation in development projects and optimization of internal processes
- Occasional national and international business trips to our customers
WHAT YOU SHOULD IDEALLY BRING ALONG:
- Completed technical training or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in technical customer service, service or support and electrical engineering knowledge desirable
- Strong communication skills and joy in direct contact with customers from all over the world
- High level of initiative, team skills and service orientation
- Confident handling of modern IT systems (MS Office, ERP systems)
- Very good language skills in German and Englisch (other foreign languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips
